Until 30th June, 2025 Lotus Carlton are doing a campaign which is mind boggling. We are calling it "The 50-50 Campaign". Anyone Instructing Lotus Carlton whether that is sole agency, multi agency, A £250,000 property or £750,000 property we are charging a £600 fee up front & only £600 completion fee once the property is completed overall £1200 all in Including Vat.

Fixed Fee is our most cost-effective package, however you may want to choose the more traditional route which allows you to pay on completion — in effect no sale, no fee which will be 1%+VAT.
